Breath in Harmony. - Session 4: Mind This session considers the relationship between breathing and meditative states. The difference between mindfulness, meditation and breathwork. Fundamentally, mindfulness instruction tells us to pay attention to breathing, “simply watch the breath” (without changing it), breathwork, meanwhile, guides us to deliberately change the breath…….. which in turn affects the kind of attention we are capable of paying! These sessions are stand alone, so if you missed the first, no problem it will still be very beneficial to attend. If you manage them all - brilliant. It is cumulative.
